How do we achieve our goals?

By means of a thorough analysis of your expenses. We make an indepth analysis to track where your resources are being spent and what this brings your organisation in return. This data forms the basis for our analysis and helps determine potential savings. It is important to realise that, by acting as your organisation’s independent representatives, we are often able to obtain better terms and conditions on your behalf.

Reducing your non-strategic costs

We complement your organisation and offer you the opportunity to save on those expense categories which do not warrant you allocating your own staff and other resources. We take the risk (No cure no pay)

We aim to complement your organisation and give you the opportunity to save in those expense categories that do not warrant the allocation of full-time staff and other resources. This encompasses a broad spectrum of cost categories and typically includes overheads such as telephone expenses, office supplies, energy, various leases, insurance and so on. We have, on many occasions, examined ‘exotic’ cost categories, particular to one client. Please have a look at the kinds of expense categories we can reduce on your behalf.

Respect for suppliers and quality

Cost reductions are not achieved by beating suppliers down on price, but is always undertaken in a spirit of respect for both incumbent and potential suppliers. Current quality standards are maintained and – where possible – improved. We find it important to reemphasise that we shall not at any time have any ties – financial or otherwise – with any suppliers. Our sole mission is to guarantee your organisation’s interests.  

Responsible for implementation and follow-up

We are not consultants, we are independent professionals who are paid upon results. That is one of the reasons why we ensure that those options that have been selected by our clients have been fully implemented before we finish our project. Many organisations ask us to work with them for a period of 2 years, during which we look after the categories for which we have implemented improvements. We fully monitor these expense categories and continue to follow up to ensure that savings potentials remain optimized.
