Henk J. Perdok

• Masters’ Degree in Management (Groningen, 1985)
• Worked for an international chemical company, and a FMCG subsidiary in Spain (plastic household products), a management consultancy and in the medical sector (ICT Director). He lived and worked in the USA from 2003 to 2006.  Responsible for the development of a pan-european ICT organisation in a large medical devices company (European IT Director). Broad experience in purchasing / contracting of services, outsourcing and organisational improvements under strict financial restrictions
• Fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish
• Keen on hockey; trainer, coach and player.
• Married, 2 children

Arnaud W. van Tuyll

• Of Belgo-Dutch origin, raised in the UK, MBA (USA 1988).
• Many years of Financial, project- and general management experience in international groups (mainly cost & management consultancy and automotive group) in Belgium, the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Lived and worked in the UK from the mid-1990’s until 2007 – active in (part) own SMEs, both in production and trade. Broad experience in purchasing / contracting of external and sub-contract production and services
